About

Kym is a leadership development consultant with 25 years of experience in the Royal Australian Navy, where he led teams through high-stake environments and complex transitions.

After transitioning to civilian life in 2016, Kym founded KVC, working with organisations and leaders navigating change.

Safe Space Leadership is his flagship program, built from years of research, observation, and a deep understanding of what makes people stay.
